Over the years, TDI has successfully completed projects like TDI Westside Mall in Lajpat Nagar (better known as 3Cs), TDI Mall in Rajouri Garden, TDI Mall in Agra, Palm Court in Gurgaon, TDI Centre in Jasola and Southern Park in Saket.

Besides these completed projects, TDI is also developing Mall cum multiplexes in major cities of Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Presently, TDI has 11 Malls cum Multiplexes, 8 ultra modern offices cum Retail complexes.
