Panipat, an upcoming urbanized city is buzzing with the world class infrastructure facilities. Government has been taking keen interest in the development of the overall infrastructure in Panipat with initiatives of developing a 30,000 crore IOCL Petrochemical hub in the city, industrial parks, setting up of quality educational institutes, etc. Sectors 35, 36, 37, 38 and 39 will emerge as a ‘The New Panipat' as the proposed Railway overhead bridge to be constructed by District Town Planner (DTP) will connect the Sectors with NH-1 and the residential projects being undertaken by reputed developers like TDI, Ansals, Parsvanath and Eldeco.
The opening of 10 Km long Panipat Elevated Highway between Delhi & Amritsar has eased the acute congestion on NH - 1. Now commuting time has reduced almost 10 times to reach the TDI City in sec 38 & 39
from NH-1.
Apart from the infrastructural development, Panipat is in the process of developing into a hi-tech city by ushering in the mall culture. The city is also developing as a hub for commercial real estate development and its residential townships boast of the best living amenities.
