After the humungous and overwhelming response received at the launch of our TDI City-Phase I in Chandigarh-Kharar Road, we have witnessed a lot of progress 6 months down the line. Here we present an update on the current level of progress:
-
The demarcation, site layout work and construction work of Foundation have been completed.
- Work on the grand entrance gate has already begun with almost 50% work completed.
- The demarcation work of basic infrastructure like roads (80 feet, 60 feet and 40 feet wide) and other facilities like Hotel, Commercial, SCOs, Group Housing, Medical and Religious Buildings have been completed.
- Demarcation of residential plots, villas, etc has also been completed using latest equipments like digital total station, theodolite, etc.
- Work on the greenery and ambience like a beautiful landscaping, horticulture, etc has begun.
- Work on services like water supply, sewage, water drainage, roads and electrification are in the final stages of approval by concerned authorities.
